Exhibitors and Sponsors will be contacted when the exhibitor manual is available. Within the manual will be all forms. The manual will also outline the period of time when forms can be received. Before the form processing period begins, your booth numbers will be assigned and you will be notified. Booth assignments are expected to occur beginning at the end of April. Forms are expected to be due in May.

LOGO FOR PRINT (SPONSORS):

• Resolution: 300 dpi
• 10” proportionate
• Color: CMYK
• Transparent background
• Format: .tif or .jpg
• The logo will be used in accordance to the package that you purchased which could be in the conference program book and on signs/banners

LOGO FOR WEBSITE (SPONSORS):

• 142 pixels wide x 80 pixels tall
• Transparent background
• Color: RGB
• Format: . gif

MD Biz Expo is not responsible for adjusting logos, using logos that are not within specs, or reviewing branding guidelines for logo usages. If logos do not meet the specifications, then you will be notified. MD Biz Expo is not responsible to include logos or descriptions that are not provided by deadline.
