UTILITY FORM (for electricity)

The Center supplies utilities including electricity, compressed air, water, and drainage to all occupants of the facility. Charges for these services are based upon prevailing rates and can be obtained by contacting the Center utility services coordinator. Fax the completed form to 410-649-7005.
