Thanks for visiting our website dedicated to the Maryland Business and Accounting Exposition! I look forward to welcoming you to this inaugural event on June 17 and 18.

If you’re like me, you’re getting increasingly concerned about the state of our economy and what lies ahead. The credit crunch, rising health care and energy costs, developing human capital, globalization are issues everyone is concerned about.

It is time to “get real” about the challenges we face and seize new opportunities, and build sustainable organizations that grow profitably and create jobs. The Expo’s goal is to provide a gathering place of resources and ideas which help everyone meet these challenges. That is what is unique about this event.

Finally, we have planned a variety of events over the course of this show, including the swearing in of newly licensed CPAs in Maryland. This ceremony is a milestone in the career of new CPAs and is important to our profession and the public we serve.
